Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-07
In short
This is a small marketing website. It has no user accounts, no contact form and no advertising trackers. We collect as little as possible: what our hosting provider needs to deliver pages, and — only if you allow it — aggregated usage measurement.
Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the website operator named in the imprint. You can reach us at the email address below for any question about your data.
Imprint →Hosting
This site is served from Cloudflare's edge network. To deliver a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes connection data including your IP address. This is done on our behalf as a processor, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs
Requests to this site may be logged automatically: the page requested, date and time, referring page, browser and operating system, and the requesting IP address. These records are used to keep the site running and secure, and to investigate faults or abuse. They are not combined with other data and not used to identify you.
Cookies and consent
Strictly necessary cookies remember your language and the cookie choice you made, so we do not have to ask again on every page. These are set on the basis of legitimate interest and cannot be disabled without breaking the site. Any optional cookie is set only after you agree, on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Web fonts
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google and may be processed outside the EU. If you would rather avoid this, the fonts can be hosted on our own servers instead — ask us and we will tell you the current state.
Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your address and whatever you write in order to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding, or the performance of a contract where your message concerns one. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet statutory retention duties.
contact@b-ample.comYour rights
You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site changes or the legal position requires it. The date above tells you which version you are reading.
