Four steps. No theatre.
We work in short cycles with a tight feedback loop. You see real software every other week, and you talk to the people building it — not an account manager.
Discover
We spend the first week with your team — shadowing, interviewing, watching the spreadsheets pile up. By Friday we hand back a one-page map of what's actually slowing you down and what's worth building first.
Design
Low-fi sketches first, then a clickable prototype your team can poke at. We resolve the hard product questions before the build, not during it. No 80-page Figma files.
Build
Two-week cycles. Every Friday you get a deploy you can click through. We default to boring, proven tech so the thing we ship is still running smoothly in three years.
Operate
We don't disappear at launch. We stay on as a small embedded team — monitoring, fixing, improving — usually at a fraction of what an in-house team would cost.
Why three people work better than ten
No handoffs
The person you brief is the person writing the code.
No layers
Decisions in hours, not weeks. No steering committee.
No theatre
We don't bill for status meetings or 90-slide decks.
